รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม เยือนศูนย์ศิลปะการเต้นแห่งชาติฝรั่งเศส (CND) ณ เมืองปองแตง สาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส หารือความร่วมมือด้านนาฏศิลป์ร่วมสมัย พร้อมศึกษาแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และจัดเก็บจดหมายเหตุนาฏศิลป์ไทยสู่มาตรฐานสากล
เมื่อวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 16.00 น. (ตามเวลาท้องถิ่นสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส) นางสาวซาบีดา ไทยเศรษฐ์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม และคณะผู้บริหารกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม ได้เข้าพบหารือกับนางกาตริน เซเคนิส ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ศิลปะการเต้นแห่งชาติฝรั่งเศส (Centre national de la danse – CND) ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันสำคัญด้านการพัฒนาศิลปิน การวิจัย และเครือข่ายศิลปะการแสดงร่วมสมัยระดับนานาชาติ
ในการนี้ คณะผู้แทนไทยได้ร่วมชมกิจกรรม “1 km de danse” หรือ “1 กิโลเมตรแห่งการเต้น” กิจกรรมศิลปะร่วมสมัยที่เปิดพื้นที่สาธารณะให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงศิลปะการเต้นผ่านการแสดง เวิร์กชอป และกิจกรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ศิลปินนานาชาติร่วมสร้างสรรค์ผลงานและออกแบบกิจกรรมใหม่ในทุกปี จนกลายเป็นกิจกรรมที่ประชาชนรอคอยและได้รับความนิยมอย่างต่อเนื่อง
ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังได้หารือความร่วมมือร่วมกับศูนย์ศิลปะการออกแบบท่าเต้นแห่งประเทศไทย (NCCT) เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพศิลปินและนักออกแบบท่าเต้นรุ่นใหม่ รวมถึงสร้างเส้นทางวิชาชีพด้านศิลปะการแสดงให้ศิลปินไทยเป็นที่รู้จักในระดับนานาชาติมากยิ่งขึ้น
อีกหนึ่งประเด็นสำคัญที่ฝ่ายไทยให้ความสนใจ คือการอนุรักษ์องค์ความรู้ด้านนาฏศิลป์ โดยเฉพาะจดหมายเหตุ Pierre Tugal Collection ซึ่งมีการจัดเก็บบันทึกการแสดงนาฏศิลป์ไทยไว้ในฐานข้อมูลสำคัญของฝรั่งเศส พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการพัฒนาคลังข้อมูลและการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อเผยแพร่มรดกวัฒนธรรมไทยสู่ระดับโลก
กระทรวงวัฒนธรรมมุ่งสานต่อความร่วมมือด้านศิลปะร่วมสมัยผ่านโครงการศิลปินในพำนัก การจัดแสดงแลกเปลี่ยน และการสร้างเครือข่ายวัฒนธรรมระหว่างไทย–ฝรั่งเศส เพื่อส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์และพลังสร้างสรรค์ของประเทศไทยในเวทีนานาชาติ
Thailand’s Minister of Culture visited the Centre national de la danse (CND) in Pantin, France, to strengthen cooperation in contemporary dance, artist development, and international performing arts networks, while exploring approaches to preserving and archiving Thai dance heritage to international standards.
Ms. Sabeeda Thaised, Minister of Culture of Thailand, together with executives from the Ministry of Culture, met with Mrs. Catherine Tsekenis, Director of CND, one of France’s leading institutions for contemporary dance, artistic research, and international cultural collaboration. The meeting focused on expanding cooperation in contemporary performing arts and strengthening cultural exchanges between Thailand and France.
During the visit, the Thai delegation attended “1 km de danse,” an annual public dance event that transforms urban spaces into platforms for performances, workshops, and participatory activities, allowing the public to engage closely with contemporary dance. The event welcomes international artists and presents new creative programs every year, making it one of the most anticipated public contemporary dance events in France.
Both sides also discussed ongoing cooperation with the National Choreography Centre of Thailand (NCCT) and in supporting emerging choreographers and young performing artists, as well as developing professional pathways to expand international opportunities and recognition for Thai artists.
Another key area of interest for the Thai delegation was dance heritage preservation, particularly the Pierre Tugal Collection, which includes archived records of Thai dance performances preserved in France. Discussions also covered knowledge exchange on digital archiving, cultural data management, and the application of digital technology to preserve and promote cultural heritage globally.
The Ministry of Culture aims to continue strengthening Thai–French cooperation through artist residency programs, collaborative performances, cultural exchange initiatives, and international contemporary dance networks, further promoting Thailand’s creative identity and cultural presence on the global stage.
